If you want to save the fields in the Notes document, there are two things that have to happen:
- You have to configure the activity to retain the fields in the Notes document.
- You have to save the Notes document while the activity is running. If you just open the document, the values are loaded for the user to see, but the document is not modified, so when you close the window the fields aren't visible in a view.
